Ready to pull my hairout!!!

Okay so we got everything notarized except for my doctor. So I go there today to pick up the paperwork and what do you know everything looked good until I got to his license page and saw that the notary forgot to stamp the sheet with the stamp that says the expiration date. Great all of them were done except one. Now we had to leave the paper so he could bring it back to have that done but he doesn't go to his central office till tuesday so how are we suppose to appostile all of this before us leaving on saturday the 26th. It wouldn't be so bad but this time we have like 6 different notaries . it's always something first he didn't want to give me his license that took like 3 weeks of crying than talking to his lawyer now this. It's seems I can't never catch a break. My husband stuff is perfect as far as we think we'll see about the judge. The hotel is booked, flight booked,we are almost packed and our visas should come on the 23rd. If everything went right Randy would have dropped of to get everything appostiled tomorrow. I was thinking maybe we can just go to the central office tomorrow so the notary can stamp it . I'll run that idea by my husband even though we both have to work. So that's about it for now. I hope we figure this out!!!!!

We had a problem with a notary that forgot to sign some papers! Isn't that their job??? We also had a problem with an apostille not getting a gold sticker. My husband drove 2 hours to Harrisburg and had to make another trip for one paper! So frustrating! Hope it works out soon. You are so close now!!!

What is it with doctors not wanting to give a copy of their medical licenses?? It is a matter of public record, all you have to do is go to the state to get a copy. Why do they have to throw fits about it?? Sorry about your frustrations. Don't worry about the apostilles, when we did our dossier 1 we had like 12 different notaries. I went in person because it is like an hour drive, but they did it in less than an hour.

Hang in there! Just think of that little one waiting for you! That's what I do when it gets tough. It's so funny how you wait, wait, wait, then have to rush around like a chicken with your head cut off!

You will get there. I remember this last minute panic. Us too we had one paper missing and we had to drive 2 hours to Harrisburg to get the Apostille ASAP. We also had our doctor who had his license with his home address instead of the medical office.. and my doctor who totally forgot to bring her new one .. it was quite stressful but we got it :-) Hang on!
